The lining plate of the cone crusher plays the role of lifting the grinding medium and protecting the cylinder. It bears a large impact force for a long time and is easy to wear. Generally, the lining plate should be replaced when it is worn by 65% ~ 80% or deformed. Generally, there is a great impact force between the backing plate and the crushing equipment, because the backing plate can play a very important role in the process of replacing the backing plate. If the quality of the backing is very poor, the impact strength is not enough, or the property of the backing is not good, it is easy to be brittle. When it is used to a certain extent, in the face of external force, these poor quality backing will easily break, resulting in looseness of the backing plate and accelerated wear.
Cone crusher is a kind of compression crusher, which is mainly used for medium crushing and coarse crushing of various hard stones. The cone crusher uses the eccentric movement of the moving cone to crush the stone. According to different structures, cone crushers can be divided into suspended shaft cone crusher and supporting shaft cone crusher. The former is used for coarse crushing of large stones (usually with particle size above 1000mm), and the latter is used for medium and fine crushing. Cone crusher has the advantages of high crushing ratio, low power consumption and uniform roughness of crushed stone products. The produced material particles are uniform, mostly cubic, which is the processing method of pavement materials.
The structure of the hydraulic system of the cone crusher is similar to that of the hydraulic rotary crusher to protect the crusher. For example, when non broken objects (such as iron blocks) are mixed into the crushing chamber, the pressure in the oil pressure chamber supporting the crushing cone increases, exceeding the pressure of the gas in the accumulator, resulting in the compression of the accumulator. At this time, the oil flows from the oil pressure chamber to the side of the accumulator. The crushing cone drops automatically to discharge the non crushing materials. After troubleshooting, the accumulator makes the oil return to the oil pressure chamber, and the crusher will automatically return to the original normal working position.
