2. Main performance characteristics of the machine tool

1. The maximum stroke of Z-axis is 380mm, 500mm long electrode can be clamped at one time, and the waste of electrode tube is reduced to a minimum (about 100mm). With ultra-low loss circuit design, the use efficiency of electrode tube is greatly improved.

2. The Z-axis adopts a subdivided stepping motor (hybrid servo), which realizes rapid lifting and lowering. The whole stroke only takes about 10 seconds, which greatly reduces the waiting time and greatly improves the efficiency. The head stroke adopts manual lifting.

3. Patented rotary head: The motor rotary head is designed in one piece, using tungsten steel wear-resistant sheet and multiple waterproof structures. It is connected with the collet by a tapered sleeve, which can ensure the concentricity of the collet rotation.

4. Self-developed operating system: one-key processing, centering function, fixed end face function, expert database, digital sampling, adaptive servo tracking, penetration function, flexible processing, high-speed processing, surface protection, and automatic return to the workpiece surface after closing processing. It is suitable for fine hole processing of electrode copper tubes above Φ0.3, and processing of ultra-thick workpieces with a thickness of less than 280mm.
