QDLF stainless steel multistage vertical centrifugal pump is designed and manufactured according to foreign advanced products. The impeller, guide vane and guide shell are formed by stamping, drawing and welding of stainless steel plate. The pump has the features of small volume, light weight, high efficiency, energy saving, low vibration noise, smooth operation, long service life, vertical installation, small occupation area, light weight and beautiful appearance etc.

1 The pump is a vertical structure. the pump center of gravity coincide with the center of the pump foot to have smooth operation, small vibration, long life.

2, the pump diameter is the same and in the same horizontal center line. No need to change the pipeline structure and then the pump can be directly installed in any part of the pipeline and installation is very convenient.

3. The motor with additional rainproof cover can be directly placed outside for use without the need to build a pump house, greatly saving capital investment.

4, pump head can be changed by the pump series (number of impeller) to meet different requirements, so the scope of application is wide.

5, the shaft seal with hard alloy mechanical seal, seal reliable, no leakage, mechanical loss is small.

1. The pump is used to convey cold, hot, clean, non-flammable and explosive liquids that do not contain solid particles or fibers;

2. Liquid temperature: -15℃ to +120℃

3. Ambient temperature: the highest +40℃

4. Minimum inlet pressure: according to NPSH curve + minimum safe head of 0.5m.
