Semi-Automatic Labelling Machine

This machine is developed for small production of round cans,bottles and other cylindrical products,where a fully automatic line is not economical. The machine works with hot melt and can be used for normal label size is a matter of minutes,beacuse it is just a machine adjustment without changing parts.

The operator needs only to handle the container,while the labels are fed,aligned and applied automatically.

The application of hot melt is profitable beacuse the cleaning of the glue pan is not necessary,To guarantee  a constant viscosity of hot melt,the temperature is controlled by an electric thermostat.
