Maintenance of main parts of cone breaking: maintenance of eccentric parts, which is composed of eccentric shaft, conical vertical shaft bushing and cylindrical eccentric sleeve. The eccentric shaft shall be flexibly assembled in the bronze or Babbitt alloy eccentric bushing of the machine body, and the conical vertical shaft shall also be flexibly assembled in the conical vertical shaft bushing on the eccentric shaft. Due to wear, the increased clearance of working parts of crusher shall not exceed 1.5 times of the normal clearance. During maintenance, the fit between the cylindrical eccentric shaft bushing and the eccentric shaft bushing hole on the machine body must be checked. When the shaft sleeve is too loose, it must be repaired, adjusted or replaced in time.
